If you'd like to try to attract orioles, try slipping some orange slices in one of your suet feeders. Orioles are attracted by using orange colored feeders filled with orange slices, jelly and mealworms. Watch your feeders closely, a hungry oriole will clean it out quickly and to keep them around during the nesting season you'll need to keep the full and clean.
Remember all birds need water, so keep your bird baths full and clean this spring to attract more birds. Birds love the sound of running water. I added a small pond to my backyard a couple of years ago. Whenever I walk around the corner of the house to the pond, a flock of birds always flushes out near the pond.
