How to make a hummingbird trellis
We took a section of our yard and created some habitat for our birds in it.  Here are some pictures of the trellis we built and the sunflower patch right behind it.
The birds loved the sunflowers you see in the pictures.  I also had broom grass behind the sunflowers.  The birds enjoyed the sunflowers all winter long.  The trellis should be more popular with the hummers once the hummingbird vine starts to grow this summer.

Here is the habitat we are still adding to.  This year I added a few more berry bushes around the sides of the area, and plan to replant the sunflower seeds this spring.  The hummingbird vine is also coming well.  In addition, I added a Best-1 Hummingbird feeder to the trellis.
