To answer Virginia's other question, "What kind of houses can I put up that won't simply fall apart in our climate?"  Our Looker Products houses and Woodlink houses are quality built, mainly with cedar in the USA.  They are glued AND screwed, so the glue will not simply dry up and the house fall apart.
