• While every attempt is made to be accurate, mistakes happen.  We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors which may occur.  As discovered, we will correct the error whether it is crediting the customer a refund, or contacting the customer regarding an error made in pricing or description to rectify the situation.

• Barn in the Sticks and Mathys' Pen Company, LLC are very sensitive to your privacy.  Our Policy is designed to protect you and your personal information and at the same time give you the opportunity to obtain information regarding our products and services.

• When you purchase products or sign-up to receive the company newsletter, you will be providing us with personal information which may including your name, telephone number, address and e-mail address, along with other information by which you can be personally identified.  We will not share any of this information with anyone.

• As you visit this site, we are also collecting usage information from you.  This information is stored into files.  This includes information including the number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their visit.  Web information also includes the domain names of browsers that visit our Web site, the date and time, and other non-personally identifiable information.  This information is gathered simply so that we can better advertise and develop our website, so that it is easier to use for the majority of users.

• We try our best to isolate only made in the U.S.A. bird feeders and houses for you to select from.  Please realize that there are times that a vendor may change the country of origin without our knowledge.  As soon as these come to light, we will change the origin on the item or delete it from our selection.
