Western Red Cedar Woodpecker House

This woodpecker house works well for Golden-Fronted, red-headed and red-bellied woodpeckers.  It features a 2-1/8 inch entrance hole and easy to clean design with easy-open latch.  It is constructed with western red cedar.  If the woodpeckers don't find it right away, fill it to the top with wood shavings, packed tight.  The woodpecker's natural instinct is to hollow out a tree, so by filling the interior with wood shavings, they will feel it is a natural environment.
